The company is managed by a strong management team and is well monitored by the market due to its JSE Altx listing.
Key financial indicators: Turnover for the 2016 financial year reflects an increase of 11% to R2.8bn (2016:R2.5bn). Organic growth represents the bulk of this growth. Effective 1 January 2017, KBC Holdings, a company involved in induction training was acquired by the group for R47m and on 1 February 2017, the business of Oxyon was acquired for R9m.
