This programme is for existing or aspirant leaders of a Governing Body particularly those occupying the offices of Chairman as well as Lead Independent Director and Chief Executive. It assumes prior attendance at IoDSA of Being a Director 1, 2, 3 and 4. This is a knowledge sharing session with practical case studies   and discussions to better equip Governing Body Leaders to be effective in his/her role.
