A combination of Master Classes and in-depth knowledge of Service Design Thinking Tools and Methodology. ‘Learning by Doing’ at the Design Thinking Workshop for Innovation Leadership February 20th -22nd 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa with a main objective to Build Design Thinking capabilities in Innovation Leaders.
