Innervation Pan African Payments has acquired The Loyalty Box from Tritech Media to expand its presence in the payments fintech sector. Tritech Media is a media company that reaches more than 30-million consumers through its prepaid digital content network and its precise corporate communications platforms. The Loyalty Box is a subsidiary company with a technology that allows retailers and franchisors anywhere in the world to establish their own loyalty programs remotely in under 60 minutes. The technology is integrated into major point of sale systems, e-commerce platforms and includes a data and analytics engine. The Loyalty Box serves more than 200 retail customers such as Cape Town Fish Market, Krispy Kreme and Spur Africa in South Africa, Mauritius, Kenya, Botswana, Tanzania and Nigeria.

Innervation Pan African Payments is a payments and switching company with  a 20 year track record in providing streamlined, integrated payment solutions, customer engagement tools and technologies and value added services to all tiers of retailers as well as the broader financial services sectors. The company has operations in South Africa, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zambia. The acquisition amount of The Loyalty Box was undisclosed.
