Jua Kickstarter Fund has US$2-million to invest in African entrepreneurs

Jua Kickstarter Fund has increased its fund amount from US$1-million to US$2-million after the participation of SIMBA Global Startups, a US-based angel investor and incubator. The fund will be deployed towards funding and mentoring entrepreneurs in Africa and has already attracted over 500 applications from several African companies.

Jua Kickstarter Fund was established by Adam Molai who is a seasoned entrepreneur and currently the chairperson of TRT Investments, a diversified investment holding company which operates in West and Southern Africa. The investment holding company has been investing in construction, FMCG, real estate, insurance, pharmaceuticals and supply chain since its establishment in the year 2000.
