Knife Capital buys a stake in Cradle Technology Services

Knife Capital has invested in a successful Software-as-a-Service company known as Cradle Technology Services through its section 12J VC fund that is supported by various family offices. Cradle Technology Services has a barcode warehouse management system that assists companies that operate significant warehouse based stock. The company was established in the year 2000 by Craig Collins and has since expanded as it is well integrated with the Sage accounting system.
