What we do: Trematon Capital is a predominantly property investor and has a significant shareholding in the education group known as Generation Education with its first school in Sunningdale (near Milnerton in Cape Town). The school’s capacity is being increased from 250 students to 480 students. A second operational site in Hermanus was acquired last year and converted to a Generation Education school in January.

Ownership & Management: Trematon is 30.35% owned by directors and associates, 30.12% by other companies and 39.53% by public shareholders. The company is managed by a strong management team and is listed on JSE Altx.
