Blue Haven Initiative has led a funding round of US$3.6 million to Field Intelligence. The funding round included Accion Venture Lab, Sunu Capital and Newtown Partners. Field Intelligence is a pharmaceutical supply chain solutions company with strong presence in Nigeria and Kenya. The funding will be for the expansion of the Shelf Life “pay-as-you-sell’ product throughout Nigeria and Kenya. Field Intelligence has over 280 community pharmacies subscribed to Shelf Life.

Blue Haven Initiative is a family office fund that manages a diversified investment portfolio across asset classes from public equities, fixed-income holdings, private equity and direct investments. Blue Haven typically invests through third-party managers such as Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Ownership Capital, RBC Global Asset Management, Elevar Equity, Jazz Venture Partners, Patamar Capital, Quona Capital and HCAP Partners.
