La Reina, an online fashion retail platform based in Egypt has found an investor who has agreed to invest $1m to their expansion strategy. The equity funding was led by Algebra Ventures which was supported by the well-known 500 Startups. Algebra Ventures is an Egyptian venture capital fund that invests in early-stage technology companies. It has a sizable fund of $50 million.
