Sokotra Capital acquires 100% of North African fish-farm L’Aquaculture Tunisienne

Sokotra Capital, a Dubai based private equity company and its investor consortium has acquired fish farm L’Aquaculture Tunisienne. The company is the largest seabass and seabream hatchery and nursery in Tunisia with an annual production capacity of 20 million fingerlings and 1,500 tons of fish per year and this acquisition will expand Sokotra Capital’s investments in the agriculture and aquaculture sector. Sokotra Capital was founded by Albert Momdjian, a former UBS Group banker. The acquisition amount was undisclosed.
