Kobo360 startup secures $6 million from IFC and participating investors

Nigerian logistics startup, Kobo360 has secured a $6 million equity investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and other participating investors known as WTI, YCombinator, TLcom, Chandaria Capital and Cardinal Stone Partners. Kobo360 is a platform based ride hailing service for the commercial transportation of goods. The company has been growing significantly since its inception and attracted funding in 2018 where it received $120K from YCombinator for a 7% stake. The new funding round, led by the IFC, has not disclosed the total equity stake.
