Private Property has acquired the Property Buyer Show from South African media company Spintelligent in order grow its customer base in the home buyers and sellers’ market. Private Property is one of the largest online platforms for buying and selling of real estate in South Africa and the company was acquired last year by Cognition through a 50% stake purchase for R127 million. Spintelligent is a trade-exhibitions, conferences, industry publications, multimedia resources and business training company. Spintelligent is confident that the Property Buyer Show is well aligned to the business of Private Property.
